How do I lodge my return?
Our return process is super easy! To lodge a return, please email us at with the subject line “RETURN” 
And we will be in touch as soon as possible.
What is your returns policy?
Teddi Apparel offer refunds on all full priced items/orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or the option of a 110% store credit. 
*For hygiene reasons this excludes all bath/body products & body suits*
Returns exceeding the 30 day period will be void of any refunds, and will require postage paid to be sent back to you.
If you purchased using a welcome or any other discount code, you will only be eligible for a store credit or exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached and proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your order invoice).

Teddi Apparel has the right to reject a return if they do not meet the requirements listed below. In this instance, we will contact you and organize to send back the return.

In order for us to accept your return the following requirements must be met:
  • The item is in brand new condition, with all tags/packaging intact. 
  • The item was not purchased in a sale.
  • The item is returned within 30 days of package arrival.
  • Returns must be made from the original purchaser, with proof of purchase.
  • The item is not marked or damaged in any way. This is including but not limited to, fake tan, deodorant or makeup. 
  • The item does not appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odor.
Important note:
We can only accept returns on items that are in their absolute original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original swing tags in place. If you send back an item and it is not in its original condition i.e it has makeup stains, we will not be able to process your return and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the item sent back to you. 
Please ensure you aren't sending back dirty items to avoid dealing with the above. We really want to process your returns and make your shopping experience with Teddi Apparel hassle free! :)
Exchanges: all exchanges incur an additional $12 processing & shipping fee. This fee covers the cost of standard shipping your new item back to you.

Sale items, hair accessories and all Bath/Body products (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Please note we highly recommend keeping your tracking details as Teddi Apparel are not liable for any returns lost in transit.

Can I exchange my item for another size?
An exchange option will be discussed with you at the time of lodging your return, pending the size you would like to exchange for is currently in stock.
Have you received my return?
Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address. 
If I make a purchase using a discount code, is this considered a sale item and ineligible for a return?
If you are using a discount code on full priced stock, you are still eligible for a return but only for a store credit or an exchange. A refund option will be available for items purchased at full price only.
My item is faulty/incorrect, what do I do?
Firstly, we are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us at within 7 days of delivery. We will then investigate this and assist you further.
