Please read through our returns policy carefully as these are the terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing from Teddí Apparel.
Returns Policy
We are positive you will love your Teddí Apparel just as much as we do! but if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund you in the form of store credit only. (Excludes shipping cost)

In order for us to accept your return the following requirements must be met:
  • The item is in brand new condition, with all tags/packaging intact. 
  • The item was not purchased in a sale.
  • The item is returned within 12 days of package arrival.
  • Returns must be made from the original purchaser, with proof of purchase.
  • The item is not marked or damaged in any way. This is including but not limited to, fake tan, deodorant or makeup. 
  • The item does not appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
    Please note:
    • Sale items are not eligible for return.
    • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
    Our returns department has the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition as described above. In this instance, the returned item will not be sent back to the purchaser.
    Our returns policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
    Lodge a return:
    To start the process, simply email us at with the subject line “RETURN” 

    AFTERPAY Returns:
    If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above, once a store credit is issued, your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

    What happens next?
    Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for our returns team to process your request, we will then be in contact with you.
    Please note store credit/discount codes cannot be applied to already placed orders.

    We recommend you select a tracked packaging option to monitor your item during its return. Teddí Apparel are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or undelivered.
